Escadrille Nor’west

Escadrille:

A unit of an air command, as in France during World War I,

typically containing ten or more aircraft.

Northwest:

The ordinal direction halfway between

north and west on a compass. also: common term used to describe a geographic region i.e. the Pacific Northwest

We are a group of enthusiasts based in Washington state. Our objective is to educate current generations, and to revive interest in the aviation pioneers of the Great War period by commemorating the people, the machines, and the events of those times.

Website will continue to grow as Escadrille operations grow.

Please check back from time-to-time.
